How much is shipping at your boutique?
Shipping is a $6.00 for the first items and $3 for each additional item. We ship via USPS Priority, Overnight 2-day Express and International orders.

How long will it take to make my order?
Most of our items are custom made and take 7-14 business days to make and ship. If you need an item for a special event, please contact us!

How are your Tutus and Products packaged?
All of our tutu's are packaged in sturdy boxes with pretty tissue. If you are sending a tutu as a gift, please let us know! We can enclose a special gift card for you.

Do you ship your Tutus and Products Internationally?
Yes, we do ship Internationally. We charge an international fee of $15.00. If you have a large order, we charge more to cover the cost of shipping.

What forms of Payment do you Accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal. Paypal accounts are free, and you can pay securely using your checking account or credit card.

Can I place my order by phone?
We do not offer phone orders at this time. We are a business operated by stay at home mom's. To keep our product cost low and shipping fast, we ask that you please order via our website. This is the most convient method for us. If you have any questions, please email us.Girls

Is your boutique a safe and secure website?
All of our payments are collected on a "Secure" server. When checking out, you will see the address bar on our website will read: https: instead of just http...the "s" stands for secure.

What is your Privacy Policy?
Customer security is a  priority for us. We have taken steps to maintain your privacy. Which includes not selling or renting out our customers information to any company. All information collected is used for proccessing your order only.

What is your return policy?
We ask that you be careful in the selection of colors and styles of your order. All of our items are custom handcrafted as ordered. All sales are final on our products, we do not accept returns. We will accept an exchange on our ballet shoes if needed. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping and handling.

Can I rush My Order?
Yes, rush orders are available for a flat rate of $15 per order. Rush orders will ship within 3 business days. Not including shipping time of 2-3 days. Rush orders do not include shipping. It just places your order ahead of all others.
